Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Everything You Need to Know Before Training!
All you need to train is shorts without pockets or zips. If you can’t find shorts without pockets, that’s fine—just make sure there are no zips. A t-shirt is also required, and compression t-shirts are recommended for the best fit and comfort.

Yes! Our classes are designed for people of all levels. Whether you’ve grappled, trained in Thai boxing or wrestling for 10 years, or have never set foot in a gym, you’re more than welcome at Next Generation. If you have not trained before, please attend one of our intro classes and speak to a coach.
No. Training at Next Generation will help you improve your fitness and manage your weight through structured and enjoyable exercise. It provides a fun and engaging way to train, rather than being stuck on a treadmill or bench press. One-on-one training and advice are available to help you overcome any challenges you may face.

No, you do not need to pre-book. Just check the training times and arrive 10 minutes before your chosen class starts to get ready.
Yes! Private sessions are available in hourly slots and can be booked for yourself or with a friend. These sessions provide personalized coaching and advice to help you improve quickly. If you’re struggling in group classes, feel free to ask for help—we’re always happy to assist.
